Workshops: Friday 2 May

Fifi Abdou Being Fifi Abdou
Leonie (Sydney)

Let’s face it, this woman was a force to be reckoned with. Fifi Abdou (right) was and is one of Egypt’s most powerful bellydancers and actresses. She was sometimes described as ‘Maa’lema’. Capture the energy of Fifi and find out how to connect with the ‘Maa’lema’ in you.

During the workshop we will try to capture a Fifi mood, a bit of Fifi choreo and try to channel the ‘Fifi’ within. Pre-requisite - try to find out as much as you can about Fifi!

Please note - this workshop was originally advertised as taught by Amera. Unfortunately Amera is no longer able to do so and it will be taught by Leonie instead.

DAY & TIME: Friday 12.00 - 2.00pm
SUITABLE FOR: Intermediate - Advanced

Or, feel free to contact us to let us know - first in first served for alternative choices.
