Booking Information and Conditions - 24th Sydney Middle Eastern Dance Festival

Bookings open on 1 March, 2013.
To book, use the Festival Booking Form (available from 1 March, 2013) and submit it by the closing date of 5.00 pm, Friday 26 April, 2013.
After 26 April, tickets for any remaining workshop places can be purchased - cash only - from the Info Desk during the Festival. Tickets for the Dance Party and Concert will remain on sale until showtime or sold out from the Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL.
Group discount bookings for the Concert and Dance Party close earlier, on Friday 12 April, and must be made via the Booking Form or by phone to the Festival office. Group discounts are not available on tickets purchased at the venue.
Sorry, cheques cannot be accepted after 12 April. Cheques received after that date will be returned to you and your booking will not be processed until payment is made by an alternative method. Money orders are fine at any time.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We cannot hold tickets pending payment.
Sorry, there are no refunds on any tickets.
Due to Club rules, Concert tickets cannot be changed once tickets are issued so if you wish to sit with your friends you must book and pay together, under one name.
Dance party tickets are General Admission (unreserved seating) UNLESS you make a Group Discount booking - book 11 tickets and get 12.
A $3.00 administration fee applies if you want to exchange workshop tickets (sorry, no changes after 12 April).
You will receive a letter confirming your booking if you book by Friday 12 April. Please check your letter and any enclosed tickets carefully straight away to make sure your booking is correct. Please contact us immediately about any problems - office errors can occur! If you book after 12 April we will hold your tickets for collection at the Info Desk.
If you fax your Booking Form to us, please don't post the original as well as you might be charged twice! Email or call us if you want to check that your fax arrived.

Advance bookings through the festival office close tomorrow, Friday 26 April at 5pm. You can still book for the concert and dance party through the CHP RSL until sold out. Last Minute Workshop Tickets can be purchased throughout the festival from the Info Desk - cash only. Follies tickets are available from the door on the day as usual.
